Chanel Christian is a passionate hospitality management professional with a mission to bring exceptional restaurant experiences to urban communities. Starting her career at 15 at a small local restaurant waitressing, then moving to New York City as an adult, Chanel worked at some of the industry’s most celebrated venues, including Red Rooster Harlem under the guidance of celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson, STK Steakhouse in New York’s vibrant Meatpacking District and the iconic Marble Room in Cleveland. With years of hands-on experience in managing busy dining rooms, building strong teams, and cultivating welcoming atmospheres, Chanel understands what it takes to make a restaurant truly connect with its community.

Her consulting firm CC Consulting along side her business partner Courtney Greene is driven by a desire to support local entrepreneurs, offering a personal touch to help them navigate everything from opening doors to day-to-day operations. Chanel’s goal is to see every client succeed—not just in business, but as vital contributors to their neighborhoods. Fueled by her love for people, food, and great service, Chanel is excited to share her knowledge and passion to help others build restaurants that are as vibrant and diverse as the communities they serve.
